Applications & Future Materials

Initial Production Focus

In the first stage, Pishyar Science & Technology Corporation will focus on nickel-based superalloy components for gas and steam turbine applications, with turbine blades as the initial product. Depending on customer requirements, components may be produced with Polycrystalline (Conventional Cast), Directionally Solidified (Columnar Grain), or Single-Crystal structures.

Expansion to Advanced Materials and Components

In subsequent stages, the company intends to expand its vacuum casting and advanced materials capabilities beyond nickel-based superalloys to a much broader range of metals, alloys, and selected non-metallic or advanced materials, producing components in different sizes, geometries, and configurations according to customer and industrial requirements.

Potential material and application areas may include:

Cobalt-based superalloys • Iron-based heat-resistant alloys • Titanium alloys • Specialty steels • Copper alloys • Aluminum alloys • Refractory metals and alloys • Intermetallic materials • High-temperature materials • Ceramic and ceramic-based materials • Metal-matrix composites • Ceramic-matrix composites • Aerospace components • Energy and power-generation components • Industrial components • Research and prototype components

The long-term objective is to develop Pishst into a versatile advanced-materials manufacturing platform capable of supporting increasingly diverse materials, component geometries, and demanding industrial applications.
