Future Vision —
Beyond Conventional Casting
The long-term vision of Pishyar Science & Technology Corporation extends far beyond the conventional casting of individual components. Future research and technology development will explore the possibility of applying controlled solidification, crystal-growth, and advanced materials-processing principles to a much broader range of engineered product forms.
This vision includes the future development of technologies for producing structural and mechanical forms such as bearings, I-beams, angles, hollow sections, seamless high-pressure pipes, plates and sheets, as well as other complex geometries and engineered components. The objective is to investigate how single-crystal, directionally controlled, and other advanced microstructures could eventually be extended beyond turbine components to entirely new classes of industrial products.
At its most advanced stage, this concept could evolve from manufacturing individual single-crystal components toward integrated manufacturing systems capable of producing multiple structural and functional parts from carefully selected metals, alloys, and advanced materials. Such capabilities could ultimately enable increasingly complex assemblies—and potentially complete machines or engineered systems—to incorporate single-crystal or crystallographically engineered materials in applications where their properties provide a meaningful technical advantage.
The ultimate objective is not simply to build a casting facility, but to establish a multidisciplinary advanced-materials manufacturing platform in which composition, crystal structure, geometry, and manufacturing process can be engineered together to create future generations of high-performance products.

Future Vision: Development of technologies for manufacturing I-beams, seamless pipes, round bars, angles, plates, and other engineered forms with single-crystal structures from a broad range of metals, alloys, and advanced materials—creating the foundation for producing structural and functional components for increasingly complex equipment, machinery, and potentially complete engineered systems.
